Eligibility

Participation is open to all natural persons aged 18 and over. Participation is free of charge and limited to one entry per person.

Promotion Period

The promotion runs from 07/06/2025 to 19/07/2025 (inclusive). If the schedule of the Junkers Aircraft A50 Junior Europe Tour changes, i.e. starts earlier or ends later than originally planned, the duration of the competition will be adjusted accordingly.

How to Enter

To enter the competition, a watch must be purchased from the Junkers online shop. After purchase, all participating customers will find a "Boarding Pass" included in their packaging with further details about the promotion. If a participant wins an instant prize, it will be included directly with their order. To enter the draw for the main prize, participants must scan the QR code printed on the Boarding Pass (or access the link provided) and register via the linked landing page by 25/07/2025. Late entries will not be accepted.

Prizes

The following prizes will be awarded during the promotion:

• Main prize: An exclusive sightseeing flight in a Junkers A50 Junior in Donaueschingen in the Black Forest – including an overnight stay in a double room at the four-star Hotel Sombea.
• Instant prizes:
  • 500 x keyrings
  • 300 x replacement leather straps
  • 100 x model aircraft

Cash alternatives or exchanges for prizes are not available. Vouchers for replacement leather straps can be redeemed free of charge at junkers.de until the end of July 2027, subject to stock availability. Shipping is also free of charge.

Allocation of Instant Prizes

Prizes will be allocated using a random number generator.

Main Prize

The main prize is a 30-minute sightseeing flight in a Junkers A50 Junior aircraft departing from Donaueschingen, including an overnight stay in a double room at the four-star Hotel Sombea. Travel to and from the airfield is at the participant’s own expense. The flight is subject to weather conditions and at the pilot’s discretion. If the flight is cancelled, an alternative date may be arranged.

The winner will be drawn on 26/07/2025 from all participants who have successfully registered via the landing page. The draw will be conducted at random.

The winner will be notified via email within 24 hours. The prize must be confirmed within seven days. If no response is received within this period, a new winner will be selected.

By accepting the main prize, the winner agrees to the unlimited publication (in terms of time and location) of their first and/or last name and photographs on our website and on social media platforms. On request, we will refrain from using close-up photos of the winner’s face or disclosing their full name.

Data Protection

Personal data (e.g. name and email address) will be processed exclusively for the purposes of running the competition. Data will not be shared with third parties and will be deleted after the promotion ends, provided there are no legal retention obligations. Participants have the right at any time to access, rectify, delete or restrict the processing of their data in accordance with Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR. Premature Termination and Amendments

Junkers Uhren GmbH reserves the right to terminate or amend the competition at any time, particularly in the event of technical problems, manipulation or legal reasons.

Liability

Junkers Uhren GmbH is not liable for technical faults, network outages, website failures or any other problems beyond its control that may prevent participation in the competition.

Legal Recourse and Jurisdiction

Legal recourse is excluded. German law shall apply.
